Our goal is to offer you an enjoyable, relaxing time at our vineyard.
We offer both outdoor and indoor seating, in keeping with the wishes of most guests. For outdoors on cooler days we have heaters and weather curtains to cut wind and keep in a little heat. Blankets are also on hand.
Indoor seating is in our Stables Tasting Room which is heated and out of the weather.
Reservations are encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Details
• Appointments are 90 minutes and available from 11am to 4pm Friday through Sunday
• Weekday (Monday-Thursday) reservations can be requested by email at info@benza.com. We will do our best to acoomodate.
• Tasting is $40/person
• Tasting fee waived with $80 wine purchase or Club sign-up
• Maximum 6 people per group. Call winery for 6+
• A credit card is taken when making your reservation but not charged
• Outside food is permitted
• Children may visit but must be seated at the table with a parent
• Dogs are allowed but on leash only

Can I bring a picnic?
We do allow outside food.
Do you have food available onsite?
Yes, we have charcuterie boards and other small snack options on property.
Can I bring my infant or child?
Yes, all children are allowed as long as they remain supervised by an adult.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, we are dog friendly as long as your dog is dog friendly. We have up to 6 dogs on property that roam off leash that live or work here. We do ask that your dog remains on leash at all times due to the chickens on the property though.
What is your large group policy?
For groups over 6 people, we require a minimum of $40 per person spent per adult (21+) regardless if they are drinking or not. This can be met by our tasting fee ($40) or bottle purchases. We also charge a 20% automatic gratuity and will only accept 2 credit cards for the group for payment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes we accept walk-ins. We do highly encourage reservations though due to staffing and availability.
How long does a typical tasting experience last?
Usually around 90 minutes.
Where are you located, and how do I get there?
16740 SW Pinot Place, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123. We are just a long driveway located off Egger Road.
Is there parking and paved roads to the winery?
We have lots of parking, some paved, some gravel. It depends on which way you are coming. There are paved options to travel here and gravel roads as well.
Are there other wineries or attractions nearby?
Ruby Vineyards is right next door. We are also close to the South Store Café and Smith Berry Barn. There are also several other winery options within 10 minutes of us as well.
Do you allow limos or tour buses?
Yes.
Can I share a tasting or flight?
No.
Are tasting fees waived with wine purchase or club signup?
Yes, 4 tasting fees are waived with a club sign up.
Do you have outdoor seating or picnic areas?
We have outdoor seating options when the weather allows.

Do you offer vineyard tours or production tours?
We offer those usually through special events, so it’s best to sign up to our email list.
What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Complimentary tastings for you and 3 guests, up to 4 times a year, discounts on all wine purchases, discounts on events, exclusive member only events.
Are you open year-round?
Yes.
What is your cancellation policy for reservations?
You can cancel reservations at any time. The sooner you know the better for us, but we understand life happens.
Is your tasting room wheelchair accessible?
We do have wheelchair accessible options, but please reach out in advance.
Are the tastings indoors or out?
In the winter, we host our tastings indoors, and in the summer, we host primarily outdoors.
What is the tasting room ambience like? / Vineyard views?
The inside tasting room is a converted stables, which is very cozy in the winter. In the summer, we sit outside on the deck and overlook the beautiful garden and vineyards. You will also be greeted by chickens, Atheno (the cat) and the aforementioned dogs.
Do you have onsite lodging or recommended local accommodations?
The Allison Inn and Spa is a wonderful Luxury resort and spa located approximately 20 minutes south of us. There are also many Airbnbs near as well, including some with llamas.
Do you have recommended local restaurants?
The Porch at Laurel is a great stop, if you want to grab some breakfast items to bring to the property, or the South Store Café is also a great option for Brunch and Lunch.

Bubbles by the Year: Past and Present Verticals
July 26th
12-2pm
This is an event associated with the Method Oregon Weekend. We have created this event to test your knowledge that you’ve gained over the weekend. You will be able to compare the vintages, dosage levels, and tirage lengths. Taste two library vintages, the 2018 Brut and 2019 Crémant of Oregon, alongside two newer releases, the 2022 and 2023 Brut Cuvée. Small bites will be served alongside. Tickets are $65.
